White Balsamic comes from white grapes and white vinegar that is reduced at low temperatures to keep the color from darkening. It has a delightful blend of being tart and sweet, thicker like a light syrup and has a clean after taste. You can serve it drizzled over salads, strawberries, grilled meats, cheese and smoked meat platters...YUM!

Caprese Salad is a delicious salad to make for a dinner party or luncheon, as a platter for a buffet, or simply as a meal for yourself and your family. In the recipe provided in the link below, you can use this white balsamic reduction instead of reducing dark balsamic yourself.
